You can rest assured that we deliver your products in an eco friendly manner. We have taken steps to ensure we reduce our impact on the environment when sending your parcel.

Some info about what we have setup for our eco-friendly delivery and packaging.

 

  • Parcel Tracking

Upon parcel dispatch you will receive a tracking number, so you can see when to expect delivery of your parcel.

  • Local Product Pickup available from 2 places.                                   1. Vital Body Wellness Centre, 411 Magill Rd, St Morris SA 5068 (Mon & Wed 8am - 4pm, Tues & Thurs 12pm - 8pm, Fri, Sat & Sun 8am - 1pm)        or from a pickup point in-                                                                  2. Bridgewater in the Adelaide Hills. Please contact us on 0422 571 117 or email hello@vitalbodyproducts.org to organise this Adelaide Hills pickup. 
  • Reused and Recyclable Boxes

Whenever we can, we recycle the boxes that we receive from distributors and reuse them for our customer’s shipments. We don’t always have the right fitting box so we also have cardboard boxes made from recyclable materials on hand.

  • Recyclable Brown Paper Packing

No bubble wrap, plastic or toxic foam beans in our boxes. We use recyclable simple brown paper void fill to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. The only time you will see plastic in your packaging is if it has been sent to us and we are purely reusing it. Please do the same. 

  • Recyclable Paper Tape

Most sticky tape ends up in the bin and then sits in landfill for decades. At Vital Body Products we use an environmentally friendly paper tape that is manufactured to be able to be completely recycled with an adhesive that has a neutral pH.

  • A Waste Free Thank You

We believe that gratitude is an important practice and think our customers deserve a little thank you. Our little thank you cards and invoices are printed on fully recyclable paper with Simitri toner.

Simitri HD toner is actually a biomass – using plant based materials. Biomass is a renewable organic resource made up of biological materials that exclude fossil fuels and generates considerably less C02 than conventional toner. Completely carbon neutral (it doesn’t even release any CO2 when its recycled), the polymerised Simitri HD toner fuses at much lower temperatures, significantly reducing energy consumption.
